A load of documents have to be submitted at the concerned embassies and their related departments, making the whole process rather tiring and cumbersome.

Our understanding of the different requirements of Visa norms of each country helps us provide dependable and prompt services. All you have to do is to provide us with the requisite documents. Documents Accepted for Compiling with of Visa Formalities

• Affidavit from parents-For minors(Below 18yrs) traveling alone
• Bank Statement for last 06 months
• Covering letter on company / business letterhead or personal letterhead
• Credit card copies
• Education Qualification - certificate

Tours System at Akshar Travels

1. Only written/ email enquiries to the concerned staff or at the respective branches are entertained.
2. Our Ahmedabad office reverts to you within 48 hours of the enquiry being registered.
3. For FIT costing all the details i.e. No of Adult, Children, Flight Details and inclusions required.
4. Any complains on the tour to be reported to Ahmedabad office directly. A feedback within 10 working days assured.
5. Restate will be sent to you daily request you to please book the passengers according the restate sent to you.
6. Bookings shall be processed soon after the booking form has been filled and INR 10,000 per person deposited.
7. No bookings for Europe Tours prior to 30 Days of Tour Departure.
8. Visa forms to be signed by the passengers themselves
9. Foreign Exchange Endorsement required for Visa-.
   1. The passenger to endorse and send the passports to Akshar Travels, if he chooses to buy Forex from his agent
   2. If the branch wishes procure foreign exchange themselves, then it endorses the same and sends it to us.
   3. If Ahmedabad branch has to endorse the passports please advise the same to us in writing.
10. The bill of the Forex Supplier to be carried along with the endorsed USD
11. Complete details of the family doctor required for obtaining Medical Insurance.
12. Cancellations/Amendments of tours to come in writing from the respective branches
13. Feedback Form filled by the passenger at the end of the tour, to be remitted to the head office.
14. A refund of RS. 5000 per person will be made if UK Visa not obtained
15. An alteration in the Tour Return date will be subject to availability. Penalty will be applied.
16. Hotels / Airline / Itinerary subject to change without prior notice.
17. Cancellation policy. As per the booking condition of the tour the following cancellation charges will be levied.

1. The entire tour amount will be collected 10 days prior to the departure.
2. At the time of registration, the name and the stamp of the travel agent should be mentioned.
3. At the time of cancellation the travel agent/ branch commission would not be protected.
4. Any commitments made by the staff at their personal level will not be entertained. The concerned staff will be personally be liable to meet the commitments made under such circumstances.

Requirements for procuring Visa for U.K. , Europe, Australia, New Zealand & Canada

1. Passport with a minimum validity of 06 months from the date of travel original
2. 08 colored photographs, of size 35x45mm taken in a light background
3. Sponsor letter(if any) - original
4. CA Certificate (for movable & immovable properties)
5. Income Tax acknowledgement with statement of income for the last 3 years Business Organization/ Personal - Original
6. Bank Statement / Bank Pass Book (06 months transactions) PPF/LIC/NSC/KVP/Any Bonds/ fixed Deposit/Share Certificate, Valuation certificate of the property papers by Government valuator of land, Residential building/ Business Building / Ornaments, Vehicles RC Book Machinery Purchase bill etc.
7. NOC letter of the father if the passport of a married lady is in her maiden name
8. Air Ticket (Return confirmed)
9. Hotel Confirmation for Europe Visa

DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED BY BUSINESSMEN SEEKING VISAS

All Documents mentioned above along with the below mentioned documents have to be provided:

1. Partnership deed (If partner in company)- in original
2. Memorandum of Association ( If Director of a Company)-in original
3. Establishment Certificate/Registration Certificate of Business
4. Sales and Professional Tax Certificate- in original
5. Balance sheet / Audit Report/ Bank statement of the last 03 months/ Tax Paper - in original

DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED BY SERVICEMEN SEEKING VISAS

All the documents above in addition to following the documents:

• Salary certificate/ salary slip of at least 03 months- in original if applying for UK
• Appointment letter from the employer
• Leave certificate for travel prior to the tour
• No objection certificate for traveling aboard.
• PF Slip (If any)

DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED BY STUDENTS SEEKING VISAS

All the documents mentioned above in addition to the following documents:

• Identity card or Bona fide Certificate from the Educational Institute.
• When minor child accompanied without parents --- Parental Authorization on a Rs.20/- stamp paper, attested by a notary magistrate

FIT Visas for Students and Individual Travelers to the UK , the USA , Canada , Australia , New Zealand and the Far East

1. Passport with a minimum 06 months validity from the date of travel
2. 08 colored photographs, of size 35x45mm taken in a light background
3. For USA Visas 08 colored photographs of size 50*50 mm, taken in a white background.
4. Sponsor letter in original
5. CA certificate of movable and immovable property-in original
6. Income tax acknowledgement with statement of income company/ personal for the past 03 years - in original
7. Photocopies of the Bank statement/ Bank Pass Book (06 months Transactions)- Original PPF/ LIC/ NSC/ KVP/ Any Bonds/ fixed Deposit/ shared Certificate , valuation certificate of the property papers by Government valuator of land, Residential Building / Business building / ornaments, vehicles RC Book Machinery Purchase bill

Only Student visa for UK

1. Admission letter of the college in original along with GMAT, TOFFEL, IELTS exams passed certificates
2. Original Qualification certificate from 10 th standard till last qualification attained.
3. Papers of Loan if the same has been applied for
4. Accommodation confirmation- in original

For Transit Visas

• Photocopy of the front and back side of the Green card
• Photocopy of the ticket
• 02 photographs of the traveler
• Demand drafts as per new flashes

Visas System

• The documents of all visa submissions for UK and USA to be submitted at VFS-Ahmedabad should be duly filled and should meet the requirements mentioned in the check list. It should be accompanied by Demand Drafts + VFS Service charge+ Ahmedabad Service charges, paid for in full at the time of submission.
• Visas forms to be filled up by the agents or by the concerned staff at the respective branches.
• No dummy tickets shall be issued on behalf of any branch, in cases where possession of a ticket is mandatory for obtaining visa
• No Visas will be processed in the absence of an IOM or a forwarding slip.
• Any change in visa regulations will be intimated to you as and when required.
